The service department is not very customer friendly. They do not provide appointments and take 2-days to provide a diagnosis. They do not provide loaner vehicles until a diagnosis has been made leaving me without a vehicle. The first warranty repair was to replace a motor mount and it took over a week. Now there is a ABS/Traction Control malfunction and still can't get an appointment. This time, I checked with another Jeep dealership (Autonation on i45) who got me right in for an appointment. I live close to Tomball Jeep and would like to do business locally, but will now go to Autonation for future business. Suggest you check into service departments before doing business with Tomball Jeep.
