I believe I was over charged for replacing a pressure regulator valve at my home. After researching it online the valve goes for about 150.00 and the estimated cost to replace it was 350.00. it took two service calls to get the job done with a total cost of 1041.41. your technician was at my home a total of 2 hours for both trips. I believe 450 bucks an hour labor is extremely excessive. Considering your technician was completely convinced that the regulator wouldn't fix my issue ( which it did after I said to change it anyway). If your company continues to treat people In this manner your buisness will suffer greatly due to word of mouth advertising. I honestly think my charges need a serious review!
