Our well pump died two days before Christmas, and the local Benjamin Franklin franchise was able to replace it in a day. I appreciated their response time and ability to minimize our down time.
The cost to replace our pump was extremely high, but with no water in the house two days before Christmas I was not able to price shop the company. After the work was completed, I received an e-mail from the company asking me to share my opinions of the service. I said they did a great job, but asked for a breakdown on the invoice between parts, equipment and labor. I never heard from them again, which was very disappointing.
