I called your company about a water softener problem I was having. The person on the phone said that they could scheduled a service tech to come out to my home. I explained to them that because of my work schedule that it would be hard to schedule a time for them to come out. I then asked them if I could bring the part in that I thought was bad and purchase a new part? They said that would be fine. I drove down to your place of business and was helped by your service manager Jeremy Link. He looked at my water softener and new what the problem was. He also fixed the water softener for me for a very reasonable price and he also gave me some very helpful hints on how to program and maintain my water softener. Thank you so much! I was very impressed with the customer service that I received from your people. I had purchased my water softener from your company over 16 years ago and this is the first time I have had any problems. And if it does wear out I will purchase another one from your company.
