I was very happy when I called and found out that Friendly Plumber could send someone out day-of because I didn't have hot water. However, I felt very pressured into the sale and uncomfortable when Justin entered my home to get me to sign the paperwork. Luckily there haven't been any problems, but I still felt like he took advantage of a mom at home alone with her kids and wished I would have had the guts to step back and say no.
