Early on a Sunday morning (6:20) I called for service for half my power out from a storm the night before. They said someone would be out in an hour. Chris showed up soon after. He diagnosed the problem soon after arrival as "half power" and the problem existed in the lines serving the house. So it was the electric company's responsibility. Chris called them and set up the service call with them. Chris was knowledgable and professional. I received an education about my electrical system along with the bill. Granted it was "after hours" and I needed someone to figure out where the problem was. And we were supposed to leave on vacation that morning. 3 hours late for departure but everything was back to normal with my electrical service. I will definitely call Jameson again if I have another electric problem.
