I brought our RAV4 to Auto car experts to have them address the check engine light. Mark and Fred determined that vacuum hoses needed to be replaced. Upon further inspection Mark discovered the control arm bushings were worn out as well as the struts. He asked me to come to the shop so he could show me how worn they were. Since my wife is the primary driver of course I got that repaired as well.
All the years I have done business with Fred and Mark I never feel they are just trying to up sell. Rather they are very observant experts that advise me on auto repair issues before they could turn into catastrophe.
