Check engine light came on 8/7/2016

I brought our RAV4 to Auto car experts to have them address the check engine light. Mark and Fred determined that vacuum hoses needed to be replaced. Upon further inspection Mark discovered the control arm bushings were worn out as well as the struts. He asked me to come to the shop so he could show me how worn they were. Since my wife is the primary driver of course I got that repaired as well. All the years I have done business with Fred and Mark I never feel they are just trying to up sell. Rather they are very observant experts that advise me on auto repair issues before they could turn into catastrophe. more

Friendly, informative, accomodating 7/30/2016

Mark & Fred were very nice and explained things very well. I felt they were "timely", since I was waiting for my car; I was offered a ride or a free "loaner" car if I chose to have one. I decided to wait for my vehicle, which only took about an hour & 1/2. I had rear shocks placed & a front end alignment. I even had a scratch buffed out for "free" that had been bothering me on my front fender. I felt very comfortable & feel as though I made new friends. more

My car was involved in a hit and run. Someone sideswiped the entire side of my car. These guys took care of me and did an excellent job on the body work. You'd never know it was damaged. Plus free loaner car really helped me because I needed it for work. Will be returning. more

Not only did Mark provide a great rate for my smog check but he was extremely helpful in finding information for me on tires for my car and suggesting where to buy them for a good deal and good service. Will definitely have my family members go here for smog checks and other work. more
