Service was great, work appears great as well, and owner / staff are very friendly and attentive. Grateful for all that.
Not pleased that you do not take American Express. I know the reasons, though honestly I think it's imperative that a business makes it as easy as possible for customers to pay. This policy does not. For the minimal extra cost, I'd think your misc,. supplies fee of 10% should be able to cover that for those who choose to use AmEx. Additionally, when calling to inform of cost of a repair, it would be helpful to mention any diagnostic fees as well. Totally understandable charge, just made the bill $120 higher than expected when I arrived to pay. Overall, really like your work and doing business with you! Would love you to address that AmEx thing though. Thank you!!
