Excellent customer service from start to finish. Purchased wheels and tires from a 3rd party and shipped to Wrech Auto. Ben contacted me to schedule an appointment offering selected dates and times. Took the car in on the selected time and it was worked on immediately. Will use again. more

Snow Tire Install 12/18/2016

I talked to Ben mostly but both Ben and Reid were incredibly kind and accommodating. I had peice of mind when Ben suggested what to do to save money when I ordered the wrong size of tire and suggested that it would cost me more to put tires back on and off. As a woman, I tend to get anxious about the car and any repairs and you can tell that Ben cares about the service he gives and it seems like the service suggestions are honest and wouldn't sell something that isn't necessary which is huge to me! The process of it all was easy and mostly efficient except for my error. I felt comfortable right away with the first call I made to ask about the process of ordering snow tires and having them delivered. I was so thankful again for the kindness of Ben and the flexibility given in making sure I had snow tires installed the day the tires got delivered and before a weekend of snow . more

Got Your Back 12/8/2016

I was in Middleton shopping when my brakes were not working properly. Called a local and they recommended stopping here. Even though I had never been there before, they took the time to look at my car and fit me into their schedule. Very friendly, clean and extremely efficient. more

As a longtime customer of Wrench Auto I can only describe my experiences there as if they were dreams that come true. No matter the situation that my or my wife’s vehicles are in, they can diagnose and repair it as if they were one of Santa’s Elves working on his sleigh. Like a NASCAR pit crew working the Daytona 500, or like Alfred fixing the Batmobile. If you want to drive away from an auto repair shop with more confidence than Rocky Balboa after beating Apollo Creed, look no further than Wrench Auto. more

Super Spectacular Awesomely Amazingness 11/14/2016

Whenever I leave the friendly confines of the waiting room at Wrench Auto, after they have maintenanced my vehicle, it is as if I am driving a chariot of the God's themselves. Or as though I am on a magical carpet and Aladdin is singing aloud to me. Never have a more detail oriented group of talented individuals ever been so good to me and my car. If I move across the country I will still traverse back to Wrench Auto anytime I need any auto work done. Great job gentlemen. more

They got my car in quickly, did exactly as I asked, checked a couple key items, and finished the work promptly. Great perception to my time. I am a former Fleet Manager and like a good shop when I find one. This is a great shop. more
