I recently used Total Comfort Solutions, LLC and was quite pleased with how quick and easy my experience with them was. I had called them out because I was having issues with the air conditioner unit in my home. The workers that came out were very friendly and professional while they were here doing the work. The work itself was done very well and much quicker than I had expected, since the work was completed I have not had any issues with the unit. Overall I thought Total Comfort Solutions did a great job with the work I needed done, I would definitely use their services again, and I highly recommend them! more

I had Total Comfort Solutions do some work on our oil furnace and AC system a while back and overall, they did a pretty good job. We had the furnace cleaned, got a new nozzle installed, and got an oil change for the furnace. Their oil prices were reasonable and the process went over smoothly. They also fixed up our AC system, which is now working pretty well. The furnace has last us through the winter months and has also worked very efficiently. They were also very professional, on time, and were overall a very reliable service. I would recommend them to anyone and would likely use their service again in the future. more

TCS installed the HVAC and gas fireplace I our basement refurbishment. When the fireplace didn't draw as well as we had hoped, they researched and s'installer a cabin kit. When the unfinished part of the basement got too chilly, they returned and added a duct. All the work was done professionally, as quickly as we had hoped and has made the space totally comfortable. They are responsive and economically priced. more

The guys over at Total Comfort Solutions take really good care of my system and I. I really like that they will contact me a week ahead of time to remind me that they will need to come by and to schedule when would work best for me. The technicians that come out are always very polite and courteous, and they know what they are doing. They keep me in the loop and make sure that I am always aware of what has been done to my system. They are just a real pleasure to work with and I would recommend them to anyone! more

We use Total Comfort Solutions to take care of our gas heater and stove in the front. They come out to clean it and do the maintenance. The guys are really nice. They always make recommendations to us for different places to go. We will continue to use their service and have recommended them many times. more

Total Comfort Solutions came out to take a look at my AC unit which wasn't working well. They told me it was broken and then they charged me a couple hundred dollars for the visit. I didn't have the money for new AC unit. I'm sure that their price is comparable to other companies and it was completely out of my price range. I was hoping we could fix the one I had and they did tell me what it would cost to fix it as opposed to getting a new one. As is usually the case with something that old, they said it would be cheaper to fix it but that it might break again in a couple of years and then you're back at square one. I think it was a bit expensive for what they did, which was not much. The guys that I talked to who came out and looked at my AC unit, they were good people; they were professional, courteous, and I got along with them just fine. A lot of those guys I think were employees of Schaefer Refrigeration which was bought out by Total Comfort Solutions. I used to use Schaefer, but when I tried to call them the phone number took me to Total Comfort. I'm a general contractor and their salesperson was out on a job site with me once. I felt like he was leaning really hard on me to switch from the company I'd already settled on for that contract. It was a pretty hard sell which to me is kind of off-putting. Personally I like the technicians that work for them, they are totally professional, totally knowledgeable, and very capable, but as a company I think their sales technique is a bit over the top. more

The service has been o.k. but the York heat pump has been a lemon. We've had nothing but trouble with it since we got it. Many parts have had to be replaced. Soon our warranty will be running out and we will be stuck with a lemon. Is there anything we can do about it? We are no longer a York dealer but we are still working with them to get you a new unit. We will continue working with them until we get this problem resolved for you. A representative was here and assessed the problem within a few hours. Recommendations were made and a new furnace installed within a week. Great service for the entire project. Management & workers were all professional and courteous. I always recommend Total Comfort Solutions and have never been disappointed. more
