I have been using Air Conditioning specialists for ten years and have always been satisfied with their service. I have never had an emergency as I did yesterday. From the first phone call to Stephanie Smith Service Coordinator I felt that someone cared about my problem. She did everything she could to find a serviceman that could help and by mid day Tim Trickler was at my door. Having to work in 95 degree weather outdoors he quickly found the problem and solved the problem. The best way I felt I could thank them was to write a review and let everyone in Hampton Roads know.. if you need A/C Service go to the Specialists.. WHO CARE ! Thank you.
