Our air conditioning unit went out the Wednesday before Memorial Day weekend. The technician said it was the air filter. We installed a new air filter but the air conditioning still did not work. The technician came out a second time. He said he would have to order the part. When we called (they did not call us) we spoke to the service manager. He said he would get back to us with an answer. He did not. He had the administrative assistant call who said it would take three weeks to get the part. We told her that was unacceptable. Efforts to obtain a call from someone higher up in the company went unanswered. No one called us. This was, by the way, an AC unit that TLC installed for us, that we had a service contract for, and that cost upwards of 20,000 dollars. They did absolutely nothing to help us out, leaving us without air conditioning for the next three weeks. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT PAYING CUSTOMERS!!!!!!
