I've spent almost $3,000 on a humidifier that has never worked. I purchased on 1/28/16. Mike, the owner will not fix or refund the money. He does not return calls. The only way I have been able to speak to him twice in two months is by threatening to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, of which his membership has been revoked due to not responding to customer complaints. Don't waste your money. He does not care about customer service or providing quality service/products.
