Literally the worst customer service. We have been loyal customers for years and ignored the minor issues we had. We have paid this company over 20,000 for service they've performed over more than 5 years. Then last week had a bad experience. They came to fix 2 toilets and ended up not being able to fix either one and actually creating a new problem with one. They came and fixed the problem that they 100 percent created on one of the toilets. Then we asked them to check the other toilet since the problem did not appear fixed on that one and they outright refused to do it. Not only did they refuse but were incredibly rude and hostile at us for even asking. They have no customer loyalty and treated us horribly. Will never use them again. Has another company come out and fix it for us and they told us the person who fixed it last time made a mistake, which we already knew and Soderlin won't admit.
