My Mercedes had been in an accident and Tech Plus Automotive took care of it for me. They replaced the seat rack on the right passenger side, and while they were in there I asked them if they could do some of the inspections that were due on the car. I would have had to take it to the dealership otherwise but they did that for me. They also sent me up with a rental car for the day. They were very thorough and they talked me through what was going on. Overall, everyone had great customer service. The owner, Gary, was awesome and the auto mechanics and his assistants were all very professional. The prices were lower than what I would have paid at the dealership. They were very professional overall. I felt like it wasn't a corporate business; it was more of a family-run business. They deliver a more personalized experience because they are not dealing with as much high volume. They seem to value quality over quantity and they have many repeat customers because they are delivering that level of service. I will definitely return to them!
