Unique Window Treatments are extremely responsive, and they've done all they can to help us. The last issue I had, there needed to be a repair. They were very focused on doing whatever they could to come in at a convenient time for us. And they've always been very prompt. They installed our shades initially. Then, there was an issue with one of the shades that came up a few months afterwards. They came out to fix it free of charge. About four years later, we had another issue, and they came back to fix it with minimal charge. For someone who's considering using Unique Window Treatments, I'd say to just talk to them. Alon, the person who we dealt with, were very open to what our needs were and our budget for the installations. They are a very helpful company and I would recommend them.
