I called at 7:30 AM and expected to get a voice mail or answering service. I was pleasantly surprised when someone answered and was able to get me an appointment within the hour. David Valle was the technician that arrived to provide the service. This was the second time that David was our technician. I was provided all options for my requested service (repair, replace etc) with full disclosure on pricing. The service was promptly completed. I will continue to call Pride Plumbing for my plumbing needs and I will specifically request David again!
