My first experience with Pride Plumbing could not have been better. Concerned about my water pipes and rickety main valve as temps plummeted inside my house during the historic windstorm, I called a plumber I had used in the past. That company wanted "$250 minimum charge" to come out on a Saturday and help me. I was shocked and won't be using them again. On somewhat of a whim, I called Pride Plumbing. I was so comforted to have the phone answered by a real person, not a machine, and later I learned the man to whom I was speaking, Ross, is the owner. He was outstanding in offering me a much more competitive and reasonable price, and getting me set up with an appointment within a few hours. Thank you, Ross. Tyler arrived as scheduled and was fantastic. He was professional, friendly, courteous, and didn't talk down to me. He understood my concerns and recognized that it was a stressful for homeowners. He helped me with my plumbing issues and answered every question I had. It made a BIG difference for my sanity. Thank you, Tyler. Called Pride in the late afternoon when we noticed a backup. David V called soon after and said he would be there within the hour which he was. After assessing the problem he said it was a sewer line clog. He was very professional explained what he was going to do and quickly went to work. He was clean and efficient. Very impressed with David and Pride Plumbing. Cost me $59.00 to find out plumber wanted $1600 plus to purchase and install 2 toilets. Went to home depot and got good 2 Kohler Cimarron installed $749.01. Don't know how good of plumbers they are but for 2X the price they should be real good. P.S. Was told on the phone I could use coupon on internet towards estimate fee. Was told I had to purchase to get the discount. more

Called Pride and they came the next day. I needed to have the faucet in the kitchen tightened which is now perfect. Then my tech Sam V noticed a leak under my sink and replaced the water supply tube. He was one of the nicest techs I have had at my house in a long time. He took the time to explain everything to me. I will recommend them to everyone! called at 7:45AM, made appointment for early PM, Plumber arrived at 1:20PM, fixed bathroom sink handle and cleaned sink drain. Also replaced aerator on kitchen faucet. Tyler called and then arrived before the expected time slot which was great. The hot water heater removal and replacement was completed in just over an hour - fantastic. There was a little mix up in the beginning. The original plumber was sick that day . Pride Plumbing made our situation right. I would definitely recommend this company. On a frigid Friday afternoon, our sump pump failed - water everywhere! We called Pride Plumbing, and Tyler arrived within an hour. He had a replacement pump on his truck, and completed the job (as promised) within one hour. Very professional and courteous! We'll continue using Pride for all our plumbing work! more

My heroes. Main line sewer problem. Thought it was a simple toilet snaking thing. Ha. It got a bit complicated but they handled it beautifully. Will be back to scope with the camera. Tree roots are apparently a big problem. Setup and cleanup were beautiful. Experts, indeed. And Jamie is amazing at customer service. Signed me up for a lapsed maintenance agreement which saved me money. I have recommended Pride to all my neighbors. You have a great team, Ross. more

The first time I called Pride Plumbing was on a weekend when after we had a lot of snow followed by a quick warm spell and my sump pump failed -water everywhere in the basement. They arrived quickly (they had a pretty full warehouse on wheels in the truck gave me a few options to choose from with for a new pump they installed) while he was here I had a faucet that I'd been meaning to replace and they took care of that too! Another time they replace the pressure tank in the basement as a pipe had cracked and with the age of the piping, the crossion that was starting to build up around the fittings to the tank I asked him to quote me the repair vs just replace the setup. (I'm on a well) He did have to go pick that item up at the warehouse, but the folks at Pride Plumbing also understand "country" non-municipal water systems. Were they the "cheapest" option out there? Probably not, though they were professional, showed up when they said they would, and used quality parts and materials. I'Yes, I'd call them again should I need their services.
