The installer that Tom's Floor hooked us up with had to be less than a five, she took forever with the little space we had, it took like a month, it was just unbelievable. But, Tom's Floors--the experience was absolutely a five. They're wonderful people, this isn't the first time we've used them for a project. I would recommend them again.
