I appreciate part of Ehrharts service, but other parts leave me wondering. The office is very helpful on the phone, and the maintenance staff do good work - but email support and driver to customer communication is lacking. One issue I have is lack of response to email sent to their service address - I've sent notifications about delivery notifications and billing being sent to the wrong address, and not gotten any email reply, plus delivery continues to the wrong address. The second regards scheduling delivery and maintenance appointments. It seems it's only possible to schedule within a half-day window, and drivers can't call and let you know before they arrive - making it almost impossible for me to meet them for an appointment during the work day. It takes me 20-25 minutes just to get to my car, and another 20 to get to the location. Being able to get a 1-hour call ahead would allow not missing 1/2 day of work or more to meet a delivery. If the cable company can do it, why can't the heat delivery or service? Sorry for the negative review, but I did get 2 emails requesting it. RESPONSE FROM Ehrhart Energy: Roger, thank you for taking the time to write. I will bring this issue to the folks that monitor the emails and we will try to do better in the future. We will also revisit how we have drivers handle "call ahead" requests. more
