Ehrhart is a GREAT company for customer service 12/9/2016

I've been using Ehrhart Propane for the twelve years we have owned our home in Caroline Center, and for about 15 years prior to that when we lived in Enfield. That is nearly 30 years as a customer. They are prompt with service, reliable, easy to reach and quick to respond to inquiries. I trust their technicians to work on our 25 year old furnace. I have been very happy with this company and we will continue to do business with them. Trust is very important when dealing with utility companies, especially those who also do repairs. Moved to Ehrhart for lower price. They were accommodating to the fill schedule that works for me. Office staff is pleasant. Easy on-line payment. The fuel delivery driver is nice and personable. When I call the office there is always a very pleasant person answering the phone. I would highly recommend Ehrhart Energy to my friends and family. question: do you do heat loss studies as part of your service? also: interested in back up support incase of power failure. what are the options? RESPONSE FROM Ehrhart Energy: Laurie, Kris, one of our salesmen, is trained to do Heat Loss analysis. Kris is usually out of the office, but I will email him that you are interested in that. If he doesn't contact you in a couple of days, feel free to call the office and we will nudge him again. 387-8881 is our number. Can ask for me, Storn, if you would like. As far as back up power, we do sell propane generators. That is our other salesman's, JT, speciality. I will pass your name onto him as well. Helpful and easy to schedule 11/29/2016

I was impressed that I was able to organize a on-site visit for an installation very quickly, got an estimate within a few days, and was able to coordinate an installation with service to another appliance.
