My mother had taken her car to get looked at by another mechanic and they had told her what the problem was, so when I called Kelly's and asked for pricing, here is what happened.... They gave me pricing, which was close to what she had already been quoted, as well as, Kelly's mentioned, why the problem could have occurred and also explained that there is a high chance that they would need to replace a motor due to the reason for the problem. So they quoted us a price with motor replacement. We bring the car in and Kelly asks questions, before he even looked at the vehicle, his vast knowledge on why the problem occurred was right on target.
