While I usually make an appointment when I take my cars to Kelly's for service, this time I did not. He was able to get it done the same day. After he diagnosed the problem, he explained the situation in terms that were understandable to me. He explained not only what had happened, but also why and how to prevent it in the future. My mother had taken her car to get looked at by another mechanic and they had told her what the problem was, so when I called Kelly's and asked for pricing, here is what happened.... They gave me pricing, which was close to what she had already been quoted, as well as, Kelly's mentioned, why the problem could have occurred and also explained that there is a high chance that they would need to replace a motor due to the reason for the problem. So they quoted us a price with motor replacement. We bring the car in and Kelly asks questions, before he even looked at the vehicle, his vast knowledge on why the problem occurred was right on target. I am highly impressed with his quality and knowledge and appreciate the time he takes! Thank you! more

always love going to Kelly's for all automotive repairs and fixes. Staff is always pleasant, friendly, and attentive. They take time to talk with you and explain how or what causes any mechanical issues or problems. I have been using Kelly's Auto for several years now and there is no one else in town I would leave my vehicle with for any repairs or issues. They always do the best they can to get repairs handled as quickly and efficiently as possible for me. There have been times when I have been in a pinch with a vehicle issue, and Kelly's Auto have always been there to help me out. The staff always contacts me first if there happens to be another problem that they run into before fixing any of my vehicles. I appreciate that more than anything. There are never any surprises with prices or expenses. They are always willing to give me estimates for repairs, especially if they are big repairs because they know that I always budget and plan for repairs. They also let me know when I am going to need services, tires, brakes, rotations, etc before they happen so I can budget accordingly. Best place in town and will never go anywhere else. more

Brought our new (used) van in to have them check the transmission fluid and do a flush if necessary. Since it was the first time the van had been in their shop they did a complete checkout at no charge. They were upfront and said everything looked good other than the transmission fluid, which did need replacing. Some places might have tried to tell me this or that needed fixing even if it didn't, but Kelly's would never do that. We've been bringing our cars to Kelly's for years now and have never been disappointed in the service. They really know their stuff and I recommend them to everyone I know. more
