I brought my wife's Durango in for warranty service and upon arrival I was very impressed with the customer service provide by Nathan Kendall. We have purchased 5 vehicles from Tomball Dodge since 2008 and have had service and warranty repairs done but this visit was by far the best at every level. Nathan was very prompt in calling us when the planned pickup time changed and kept us informed every step of the way. Great job Nathan. Nobody likes to be without their vehicle but it's because of people like you that can take a less than desirable experience and make it pleasant.
