I've had two opportunities in about two years to work with Tim and his crew at Lynch Auto Body. Both were tied to two accidents involving my daughter's 2006 Chevy. He does solid work and makes customers feel appreciated, in going beyond the business aspect to take care of customers. I would drive 100 or 200 miles to have him work on my car. I wish more people took pride in their work as he did.
He sends photos via e-mail and documents the work, so you can see the progress every step of the way. I got 15 to 20 pictures over three days. He has repaired the front and back of my daughter's car, including the windshield, hood, grill and bumpers. It looks brand new. The color match was perfect, spot-on. And, we got the car on time.
I found him on the internet after the first accident. He repaired the back and front of her car -- did absolutely everything, and filed the paperwork on time. Besides that, Tim took my daughter under his wing like she was his own daughter.
He met me on his day off, when he had tickets to a Wisconsin Badgers game. I don't know if he was late to the game, but I wanted to meet him and shake his hand. He gave me a tour of his shop where he works his magic, and it is so professional. The insurance company knows who he is and I was impressed. He is not a stranger.
