I think the thing that I liked the most about the guys over at Lynch Auto Body is that I was able to show up and that very same day they were able to perform the service. I also liked that they kept me informed throughout the whole process. They had a couple of recommendations for what I could be looking into in the future, but they did not force anything on me and I really appreciated that. The results were everything that I had expected they would be and the price was very reasonable as well. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone! more

I recently went to Lynch Auto Body, Inc to have some repair work done on my vehicle and was quite pleased with how the work from them went. The repair was done very well, and I haven't had any issues since with my vehicle. The only issue I have with Lynch Auto Body is that the people there don't seem to be the most outgoing or friendly employees, though they get the job done, I didn't feel like the customer service was the best. That being said I would definitely still use the services from Lynch Auto Body when I need work done, and I would highly recommend them. more

Working with the guys over at Lynch Auto Body was just so easy and convenient. I had some hail damage on my car and so I gave these guys a call. Within a couple of days of contacting them, they were able to get me in. They did an excellent job in repairing and restoring my car to its initial condition. Once they were done doing the work they cleaned my car up and even delivered it back to my home to me. So, I decided to go to Lynch Auto Body, Inc. to get some body works and painting for my car. They had very personalized customer service and I was really impressed by the cleanliness of their shop. I've been using Lynch Auto Body for the last year - 1.5 years or so. Recently I was rear-ended and I called them to see if they could replace the bumper, or to see what needed to be done, and they basically replaced the entire back half of my vehicle: the bumper, turn signal, lights, trunk, the whole back panel they had to replace. Insurance covered it, and I'm very very happy with how it turned out. Tim Lynch is the owner, and he is just so attentive and quick to turn things around. He gives frequent updates to let you know how things are going, and he really goes above and beyond. Because my car had to be in the shop for so many days, and turned into so many weeks, he coordinated getting the rental car set up for me. I didn't have to do any of it. Also, the insurance company for the person who hit me was really slow, and he felt really bad about fact I wouldn't have my car for while, so he had it fully detailed inside and out when he returned it to me - which is not part of a typical collision service. He's just very thoughtful and he really really cares about his customers on a personal level, you can tell. He will do anything to keep you as a customer and make you happy. I would absolutely recommend Lynch Auto Body, Inc., I have used them many times and I have known the company for a really long time, probably 20 years. What I like the most about them is that they are not 500 employees, it's just the 2 people, Tim and the other person in the back who is always very directed and he doesn't waste any time with chitchatter and Tim is very professional and he always represents the clients well and provides all the options that we need. Tim has done a number of jobs for us over the years. We've taken several cars to him, a 1934 Ford and a 2009 Honda CRV. In the past he's completed engine and body work on the Ford. And on the CRV he's redone the entire front end after it crashed into a fence. He was very thorough with the work as well. When Tim noticed the check engine light, he called to follow up and get approval to look into the cause for no extra charge. We highly recommend Lynch Auto Body. Tim is a trustworthy mechanic! more

We took my son's car over to the guys at Lynch Auto Body while were visiting and they were great. They are a great little neighborhood shop and they took really good care of my son's car. The price was good which was also nice for me since I was paying for it. My son was very satisfied with the work that they did and definitely would go back there the next time he has car troubles. more

We have taken a couple of cars over to the people over at Lynch Auto Body and they just do excellent work. They are very friendly and the first time we went here was because of an accident, and they handled everything so well. They were able to match the paint exactly on the car and also took out all the wrinkles and dents in the car as well. The second time we did a complete paint job on another car and it turned out beautifully. We have no complaints and definitely would come here again. more

The thing that I like the most about the people over at Lynch Auto Body is that they are very customer oriented. They are very responsive and very open to answering questions and concerns which I really appreciate. We always know what we are getting when we go here. They are very good at explaining what needs to be done, what parts might be needed, and how they are going to get the job done which I find very reassuring. They are very thorough with their work and that is what guarantees the quality of their work to be top notch. I went to Lynch Auto Body because my motor vehicle was in need of a repair. This time they were able to get me into the shop quickly and efficiently which I was pleased with. Their estimates are clear and the standard of their work is high. The issue with most shops in Madison is that when storms hit in January all the auto shops in the vicinity are overrun with people needing repair and it often can take a while to get your car into the shop for repair. I would recommend Lynch Auto Body though, they do really good work! more

I've used Lynch Auto Body 3 different times already so I'm pretty happy. I've had 3 different people and they are a neighborhood business so I've kept on going back and choosing them over others, I will probably continue to use them. I even had them put in a window that I purchased from other people, even though I think they have a third party that does that kind of work for them, but I was still comfortable that they knew what they are doing because they have done a good job every time. That's why I keep on going back to them. more

Well Lynch Auto Body had to repair a bumper and they repaired another scrape that was part of the same incident. We also had another car repaired of some hail damage that was on the top. Both times they did a really good job, they had very good craftsmanship and they worked with us with the insurance. There was even a moment when I noticed the paint hadn't set quite right, he had me come back in and re did the whole thing without questions asked. They have really good support and back up whatever they do. The other thing I was impressed with was there was a delay in the last car so they got us a rental car which they took care of. more
