Jeremy arrived on time and proceeded to inspect my AC/heating unit and replace the filter. I asked him if he would reprogram my thermostat, and he did so. I appreciated that he was friendly and confident. There is no reason that I would not recommend him to others; he represented Quigley well. I don't know if this is important, but he didn't check the outside condenser. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service.
