On 9/19/2016, at 12:15 PM, M.J. and another technician came to my home to replace the concrete slab under the condenser. They were finished at 1:00 PM. I asked if they leveled the slab; M.J. said that they did. The slab looked very nice. Having said this, I have questions regarding the charge of $624.00. Ray came to my home on 9/1/2016 to evaluate the crumbling concrete slab; he said he wasn't sure how a new slab could be placed but that they would figure something out. A few days later, he called and told me that the entire area under the slab would have to be rebuilt before a new slab could be placed. He then gave me a quote of $625.00 which I thought was fair, considering what I thought would be an extensive process. I looked at prices of precast slabs and found that even the most expensive were under $100.00. I cannot imagine that the cost of labor for 45 minutes could run to hundreds of dollars. These are my concerns.
