I had a need for a main drain cleaned and an estimate for pipe repair. I have used Johnson in the past and was pleased with the service, so called them for this. I had a coupon but it said indoor. I asked the CSR if it would work and she didn't know, to ask the tech. I wouldn't have scheduled it if the coupon was not going to work. The problem is that I didn't realize there was a trip charge and the CSR didn't mention it. I went ahead and had the drain cleaned but will not use Johnson in the future. You should always make sure the customer knows about a trip charge, especially if they are questioning about using coupons. I could have used another service for 100.00 but chose Johnson since I needed other work done and wanted an estimate. Maybe I should have known, but laymen, that don't use the services often, don't always know. The work done was fine as far as I know for now, future will determine if it soon clogs again but he appeared to have done a thorough job.
