Their vehicles are great, clean and dependable and of good caliber and quality, however the woman in the Brooklyn office NOT good! She is rude and unfriendly something that is a must when dealing with the public and I cant help but feel I was cheated by her .... I kept going over my rental agreement and the figures over and over and I gotta say something smelled fishy!
