Efficient 2/11/2016

I went to the Empire in Brooklyn, on Pennsylvania Avenue. Reserved it online, the day before, and when I got to the actual lot, I was in and out in no time! Kudos to the gentleman who brought my 12-passenger van rental: it was snowing and he made sure any excess snow was cleared away. Also, I needed my phone for GPS navigation, but didn't have a car charger. He made sure I had a working one, on loan, before sending me on my way. I would definitely make the "trek" over there again--- I came all the way from New Jersey!! more

From the time I called and spoke with Maria who was patient explained everything very detailed. To when I came in and spoke to Rob and Gloria my experience with Empire was great. I rented their Sprinter van which was clean drives smooth and a great gas saver. If your looking for Honest, Great customer service, Great prices and a stylish van than rent from Empire " Their the Best"..... more

It was my first visit in Manhattan and I wanted to rent a mini van for a daily trip, the overall experience regarding the car condition and the service was suprisely fantastic!! I want to thank personally Beverly for the assistant and for her smiley behavior.. I willdefinitely recommend Empire Rentals for future rentals!! more

I wrote a review on Yelp bit just wanted to reiterate what a wonderful experience I had with this company based on the wonderful friendly attitude of the lady who assisted is named Gloria. We rented a 15 passenger van for a birthday and count have asked for a better time. Thanks again Gloria you made my entire experience wonderful! more

Great quality vehicle - poor customer service in Brooklyn office 1/15/2016

Their vehicles are great, clean and dependable and of good caliber and quality, however the woman in the Brooklyn office NOT good! She is rude and unfriendly something that is a must when dealing with the public and I cant help but feel I was cheated by her .... I kept going over my rental agreement and the figures over and over and I gotta say something smelled fishy! more

great experience 1/11/2016

Got a beautiful brand new sprinter to take some big shots to the airport, it was very comfortable and everyone was very impressed how well it drove. The guys at Empire were very friendly and they even called me that day of the rental to remind me abbot the car. overall a great experience. Thank you guys more

Excellent!! car rental company 1/7/2016

It was our very first time renting a van to travel out of the state but because of the great service of the staff and company we had no issues with the paper work or the return of the car. Our family loved traveling so comfortably in the 15 passenger van and we hope to continue on traveling and renting from this excellent company. The service and staff are super polite and we were out on the road in no time! more

I rent passenger vans from this company regularly. Never have a problem. Vehicles are well maintained and clean. Ian, Rob and Evan are great to deal with as are the rest of the staff. Easy pick up and drop off. Definitely reccommend more

Another great experiance 1/2/2016

Rented a truck from here when I moved to the area, and most recently for a 5 day trip. Both times the service was quick yet through. Car and truck conditions were great both times. Can't recommend this place enough. more

Bev made things go smoothly! 12/28/2015

My wife got a quote from here and at first it was bumpy. But than again I don't think it was the same person and location that i interacted with. Bev from the Brooklyn location made the transaction very smooth and was professional and very nice. more
