We placed my mother in independent living and toured many places, including some sad and depressing ones. She saw Kensington Park and said she could live there. When we visited, we saw it was clean and bright and someone was playing the piano. The residents seemed generally happy and engaged. It is the same way now.
They have a very friendly, high-quality staff that engages, listens and interacts. There's nothing brusque or brush-off about them. Also, I've eaten at Kensington Park many times, and I especially like the soup of the day. The food is good and they offer a great selection. I love the place.
