Due to the foul language used in this review, I would like to see it removed as the customer could have just as easily stated his dissatisfaction with the company without using such language.\r

Secondly, the customer failed to state that when he brought the vehicle back into the repair shop three days later, the issue he was having was repaired; at no cost to him or his wife. This service center has a warranty that they stand behind in their repairs and this situation was no different. The gentleman that posted this review was not the customer that the repair shop dealt with thru the repair process - the individual that the repair shop DID deal with whom approved all the repairs was kind and understanding when the vehicle returned with an issue. In conclusion, the problem the customer states did occur, and he is entitled to his right to share via social networks that he had a problem following the repair on this vehicle, however, it would be only fair and just if he portrayed accurate
