Unethical company. Their carpet cleaner didn't clean the corners of almost every room, he spent one hour in my over 4000 sq ft house and charged me $350. He also dumped all carpet shavings on my driveway when he finished. When I called him, he didn't admit he did that and he went on and on how I am being a big problem to him. He also threatened me "you better remove that Yelp review!"
The worst part is that the owner is just as unethical as his employee. When I complained to the owner, he did clean up my drive way but refused to give me a refund. He defended the carpet cleaner by saying that "we have been doing this for 20 years, and carpet cleaner always dumped trash on people's driveways. You are the first who complained!" Really? So I guess I'm the unreasonable one here?
I also told the owner that I'm extremely worried about my safety because of their carpet cleaner's threatening tone and because he knows my address. The owner almost sneered and told me "nobody really cares about where you live." Seriously?
Without seeing my carpet, the owner also claimed that the carpet cleaner did a fine job. How would you know, sir?
Finally, this company doesn't provide receipt to customers until you beg them for it for numerous times. Do they always pay their taxes I wonder?
I told them that I will share my experience with everyone I know, and they don't care. This company doesn't have any ethics or decency. Their approach is literally screw over a customer, get your money, move on, and then try to find their next target.

We have apologized to "Kevin Blast" for anything anyone at Supermaids said that was upsetting, cleaned the carpet fibers from their driveway, and issued a partial refund in the interest of fairness which they said would satisfy them. While we dispute most of what they claim, we have tried to treat them like we would want to be treated, as is our policy.
