Supermaids, Inc & Carpet Care

Ever since i had my surgery i have been unable to clean for myself. I found this company online and was surprised to find out how convenient maid service is. They made it easy. I wouldn't even have to be at the house. With all my appointments i'm not always there so it was convenient that they were able to let themselves in, conduct their business unsupervised, and do a fantastic job at it. I would recommend this company to anyone. more

Unethical company. Their carpet cleaner didn't clean the corners of almost every room, he spent one hour in my over 4000 sq ft house and charged me $350. He also dumped all carpet shavings on my driveway when he finished. When I called him, he didn't admit he did that and he went on and on how I am being a big problem to him. He also threatened me "you better remove that Yelp review!" The worst part is that the owner is just as unethical as his employee. When I complained to the owner, he did clean up my drive way but refused to give me a refund. He defended the carpet cleaner by saying that "we have been doing this for 20 years, and carpet cleaner always dumped trash on people's driveways. You are the first who complained!" Really? So I guess I'm the unreasonable one here? I also told the owner that I'm extremely worried about my safety because of their carpet cleaner's threatening tone and because he knows my address. The owner almost sneered and told me "nobody really cares about where you live." Seriously? Without seeing my carpet, the owner also claimed that the carpet cleaner did a fine job. How would you know, sir? Finally, this company doesn't provide receipt to customers until you beg them for it for numerous times. Do they always pay their taxes I wonder? I told them that I will share my experience with everyone I know, and they don't care. This company doesn't have any ethics or decency. Their approach is literally screw over a customer, get your money, move on, and then try to find their next target. RESPONSE FROM Supermaids Inc: We have apologized to "Kevin Blast" for anything anyone at Supermaids said that was upsetting, cleaned the carpet fibers from their driveway, and issued a partial refund in the interest of fairness which they said would satisfy them. While we dispute most of what they claim, we have tried to treat them like we would want to be treated, as is our policy. more

Supermaids Inc. does a thorough job cleaning my home every other week. Sometimes they do a two hour cleaning in specific areas, other times they do a four hour cleaning of my entire five bedroom home. They are very willing to do whatever I ask and to work with my schedule. They arrive in a timely manner and provide professional service. Their communication is very satisfactory, as they answer my questions and return my calls promptly. Their prices are very competitive. I would recommend their services. more

They are always here when they say they will be here and they are always very conscientious and good at what they do. The girls have very great personalities. This was my first time using Supermaids. The girls that came out were really sweet and respectful. They asked some questions before they got started about what my preferences are. I appreciated their asking what I wanted done beforehand. They did a good job in the amount of the time they said it would take. Everything looks great. It's nice to have a clean house. They do a great job cleaning for us, are always on time, the owner is really great at following up, and they are reasonably priced. We have had 3 different girls at our house and have been pleased with all of them. They have all been hard workers and don't even take a break until they get the job done. They also ask at the end if there was anything else we wanted and to make sure what they did was what we wanted. Overall, they do a great job and provide good customer service by making sure we are happy with their work. more

Supermaids Inc showed up on time when I needed them to clean my place before moving out. I had no problems except they didn't wipe the inside of my cabinets and doors. I thought that was standard for a cleaning before moving. Other than that, they were fine. more
