I have two dogs that both go here and I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. One of my dogs is a special needs dog. She has social anxiety based aggression, and anytime we take her to the vet they take their time with her and make her feel safe. They don't rush in, and muzzle her. They get down on the floor with her, and take time to introduce themselves and make her feel safe and secure. That means the world to me. Most places would throw a muzzle on her, and poke and prod her and make the experience worse, but they do everything they can to make the experience better for the both of us.
