Very caring, friendly employees 11/28/2015

From the telephone call to the first walk into this clinic, the employees are pleasant and clearly happy. The techs were very gentle with my little papillon and she did not resist anything they needed to do, and was good for her shots. I also boarded with them and she was a very happy girl, and did not seem to want to leave! more

They go out of their way to make my pets comfortable 9/17/2015

I have two dogs that both go here and I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. One of my dogs is a special needs dog. She has social anxiety based aggression, and anytime we take her to the vet they take their time with her and make her feel safe. They don't rush in, and muzzle her. They get down on the floor with her, and take time to introduce themselves and make her feel safe and secure. That means the world to me. Most places would throw a muzzle on her, and poke and prod her and make the experience worse, but they do everything they can to make the experience better for the both of us. more

Total Rip Off! 3/2/2015

Pet owner beware! This practice will try to do unnecessary procedure and not get the diagnosis correct. First you go through the scrutiny of a vet assistant who tries to make you feel bad. Then, if you get the brand new vet, Jeffery Crafton, leave immediately/ He'll misdiagnose your dog's problem, tell you the dog needs all sorts of things and then say you have to come back in 2 weeks. That's the "got'cha" Making you come back and spend another well over $100. And he's a zoology vet. Not a pet vet. Lip service is this practice's specialty. Don't go there! more

Best in the Cape!!! 7/17/2014

I have been a pet owner my entire life, domestics and exotics alike, so I understand the importance of having a veterinarian who is willing to invest their time and experience into my "children" (Yellow Rat Snake, Blue Tongued Skink and 2 Staffordshire Terriers). I recently switched over to East West Veterinary Care Center as of January, and I want to express how impressed I am with Dr. Dixie and her medical staff. What I appreciate the most about the experience is the honesty when it comes to patient care. At times I like to think I know what is in the best interest of my pets because I spend the most amount of time with them, but I have learned that I may be my own worst enemy (especially when it comes to dog training). The staff guided me in the right direction of literature that can turn me into the type of owner that my pets deserve. This team rocks and I recommend them to everyone I see!!! more

Really dissapointed in this practice 2/20/2012

I think this vet is terrible when you have money for the services they treat you like gold when you don't have the money when your pet is having a emergency they treat you as if your pet was never once a patient and don't even allow you to make a payment arrangement for two days later with your bank card. They tell you they will call you back if they can work something out and they never call back after the fact you spent over 100 dollars of services a month prior and they know your worthy of paying! No compassion for your pet. Ill go somewhere else and not waste my time or money on there practice. more

Misdiagnosed my animal repeatedly! 9/25/2009

I won't give the vet's name, but I certainly do not recommend taking your pet here. This office has misdiagnosed my chihuahua twice; she was losing her hair and constantly itching. First it was allergies to grass, and they recommended training her to go indoors on mats. When it continued, she was prescribed medication that made her sick, and disoriented. When it continued yet, we took her elsewhere, and it turns out, all she had was a minor case of fleas, but had sensitive skin, and all she needed was different flea shampoo! If they tell you your pet needs medication at this vet, get a second opinion! more
