Usually, I go to Parkway's sister location in Chesterfield because it's closer to home, however, I had to take a hedgehog in for an emergency, and because they usually have set days their hedgie expert is in Chesterfield, I had to go to parkway, which is where I took my other hedgie for a check-up. I called to let them know we were bringing this hedgie in for an emergency and they met us at the front desk and immediately took him back to examine and work on him. They were very thorough in their examination, and they were open and honest with us about the risks for the procedure our little guy had to go through. They were kind and comforting both during this visit, and when we had to take him back in. They are really invested in the well-being of people's pets and are willing to whatever they can to help.
