I was not happy with the last service, very disappointed. The other times I brought my car in for service, they always vacuum and car wash. This time it was not done but my main complaint was the service I received after purchasing my tires. I bought 4 new tires spend almost $500 and the tires were filthy dirty. On my way home Friday 7th, I was driving at 75 + miles on freeway and the steering wheels started shaking/vibration feel. I called up Saturday and spoke to the advisor and explained the problem to him, he told me to bring it in that monday anytime. I came in Monday before 11am and the advisor at the time told me it's probably balancing issue so should be done around 1:30pm. I waited for the call and never got a call, I had to call the office and asked if my car was done and he said no but should be done by 4pm. I got there at 4pm and he told me they had found 2 nails and that's probaby what's causing the problem so he told me to wait while they're finishing up the car. So i waited in the waiting room for about 45 mins. and he came in said my car was ready and gave me my paperwork and walked out there and I was wondering where my car was parked. He told me it was right there pointing at a black car, i said that's not my car so he said oh. let me check and came back a few minutes later and told me that the information given was for someone else. At this time it was 5pm and he told me they haven't worked on my car so it'll take another 30 min. so i waited in the waiting room and finally came in around 5:50pm and told me it was done that my car just needed a balance and that there was no nail it was on another car. So he gave me my keys and I asked if he wanted the paperwork back since it was for the black car and he said no, don't need it. So at this point it was 6pm I wanted to get out of there and didn't even get the correct paperwork. It was a mess, very disorganized and lack of communication. He's apology was, he was sorry and that they were short staffed. more
