Had my brakes and rotors replaced last year. This year after I put on new tires my steering wheel start shaking every time I braked. Brought it in to BJA and they said it looked like one of my rotors where warped. They told me I was outside of my warranty but instead of charging for the work they only charged me $80 and replaced all brakes and rotors again for me. I thought that was great. I have had that happen at other places and they would charge me for the entire service again. I have been coming here for the past 2 years and they are my new mechanic.
