This dealership needs a lesson in how to treat customers!\r

Unfortunately, my repeated requests for a break down of the total costs associated with the sale of brand new vehicle not only went unanswered but was met with a large degree of obfuscation.\r

From the receptionist to the manager their staff demonstrated a lack of primary education, a striking and noteworthy inability to pronounce consonants, and a remarkable inability to communicate clearly and articulately or even understand the nature of the information being ask of them. Instead, they were very condescending, quick to anger and more than eager to rudely and inappropriately put the customer "in-their-place".\r

The lack of professionalism I experienced from salesman "Joel Pinnell" began with him impersonating a sales manager, continued with his bizarre and rude argumentative behavior, which evolved into him constantly shouting over and eventually hanging-up on me repeatedly.\r
