Bunch of Clowns!!! 8/19/2015

I have never experienced a larger group of clowns working under one roof! This dealership needs a lesson in how to treat customers! Unfortunately, my repeated requests for a break down of the total costs associated with the sale of brand new vehicle not only went unanswered but was met with a large degree of obfuscation. From the receptionist to the manager their staff demonstrated a lack of primary education, a striking and noteworthy inability to pronounce consonants, and a remarkable inability to communicate clearly and articulately or even understand the nature of the information being ask of them. Instead, they were very condescending, way to quick to anger and more than eager to rudely and inappropriately put the customer "in-their-place". The lack of professionalism I experienced from salesman "Joel Pinnell" began with him impersonating a sales manager, continued with his bizarre and rude argumentative behavior, which evolved into him constantly shouting over and eventually hanging-up on me repeatedly. Sadly, according to 'Yelp" and many other reputable review services regarding this dealership, this behavior is common practice and is emblematic of this dealership's systemic lack of respect for their customers. When I contacted the actual Sales Manager "Patrick Denis" and attempted to explain my experience his attitude was one of dismissiveness. Not only was this manager tone deaf he plainly just didn't care. It is very clear the employees at this dealership do not understand who makes their jobs possible. Steer clear of this Dealership!!! more

Willett Honda Integrity Questionable 10/31/2010

Good: I am not liking what I have seen so far. Trickery, dishonesty, scamming. Not selling quality preowned certified cars.. Bad: Purchased a preowned supposedly certified CRV that had busted rear bumper disattached from the car that was not noticed during purchase. Even though the detailer went over the car, washing, waxing, buffing out scratch marks. Nothing was reported. A car buyers nightmare !!! Arguing with me about not being responsible for something that they sold me.. Improvements: Everything!!! Managers, dealers, all.. Other: In America, consumers should not be put through being legally robbed.. more

These people are the most incompetant bunch of idiots I have ever seen in my life. On Thursday my husband contacted them about a van they had on their internet sales, he faxed in the application, called back later and was told the salesman was out helping a customer. Called back the next day and was told that the salesman didn't even bother running the app or financing. My husband called several times on Friday to try to get things going since he was going out of town. We're told that the van is ours no problem. Saturday he finally talks to the manager and it told everything will be taken care of. He calls back later and is told that BOTH the salesman and the manager are busy. Yeah, okay. Calls again later and gets more BS. Sunday morning he calls and is told that the van has been sold out from under us and that they have to sell the vehicle to someone that walks onto the lot over an internet sell. OBVIOUSLY if they had done the paperwork and done their job the van would have been sold on FRIDAY. Long story short, we highly doubt they had the van in the first place, we will be reporting them to the BBB AND Honda, and obviously I'm giving this review in hopes that other people won't waste their time with this place. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen anywhere. Incompetant just doesn't even cover it. We took our business elsewhere along with my mother in law's business for the new van she is buying. more
