Satellite radio still does not work after leaving my car there for 5 days for that express purpose. Further, car was neither washed or vacuumed which was promised to me every time I brought my car in to be serviced. I only gave two stars because I received 4 new tires due to a recall which was a pleasant surprise. The big question is whether anybody actually reads these reviews and is going to make things right before I have to call in and complain about needing to come in again for service.
