Last year I had the unfortunate experience to have my A/C go out on a hot day. Darryl came out and was very professionall and told me I had to have a new one. We bought it through him and had it installed. 1 year later we had coils that were freezing, Krane (Darryl) came out and immediately order and installed the warranty parts fast, on time and very professionally. Darryl is the best, Krane is a company I would highly recommend.
