Price was competitive and service was exceptional from the office to the owner. The installation crew did a clean and professional job which they can be proud of. I picked Krane over multiple other choices in the market place based on reading a few reviews and at the end of the day everything went smooth and I am a happy customer with my decision. more

The installers were efficient and neat. The job was completed in the time they specified. They left the job site as they found it. Good job all the way around. We will have to wait for some warm weather to test the new a/c. Thank you again for a good job. more

Need service the next day . 8/23/2015

Installed full house air conditioner. Water leaked all over the floor. Service responded the next day. Said wires were connected wrong. Corrected wiring and stopped the leaking. Service was excellence. more

Excellent Company 8/12/2015

From the staff person who came out for the original service order, the person who came out to do all the measurements and the whole crew who came out to replace the furnace and air conditioning unit, they couldn't have been more polite and respectful to my and my home. The clean-up of the job was perfect too. Everyone arrived on time as they stated and left as anticipated too. The new Bryant furnace and ac is as quiet as a mouse and takes less space than the unit they removed!! I would highly recommend Krane! more

warranty parts 8/11/2015

Last year I had the unfortunate experience to have my A/C go out on a hot day. Darryl came out and was very professionall and told me I had to have a new one. We bought it through him and had it installed. 1 year later we had coils that were freezing, Krane (Darryl) came out and immediately order and installed the warranty parts fast, on time and very professionally. Darryl is the best, Krane is a company I would highly recommend. more

Great experience! 7/22/2015

I would recommend Krane to anybody! My air went out on one of the hottest days of the year (and on a Sunday). Krane was one of only two companies who even offered to come look at my air conditioner. They offered me a much earlier time slot than the other company so I took it. Boy am I glad I did. The technician was extremely nice and knowledgeable. He checked out the unit and within minutes had my air up and running again. They also offered me a couple discounts which the other company did not. I am eternally grateful to Krane for their prompt and courteous service! more

Called because my A/C went out... Not only were they were able to service me the SAME DAY, it only took him 45 minutes to get to my home after my call. Service tech was very friendly and knowledgeable. Price was competitive. I certainly recommend them! more
