My husband and I have been in the market for an SUV (changing out of a sedan) for a while now. We got there fairly early in the day and were promptly greeted by Todd Wheeler. Todd was super helpful we test drove a bunch of cars that day. We even left and went down the road to the Toyota dealership to test drive a few other choices. \r

After going to Toyota my 3 yr old was pretty cranky so we went home to let her take a nap. Todd called to check on us and when she woke up we went back to Tomball Dodge. Again Todd took great care with us. He was able to answer all of our questions, and I realize that he's a salesguy and that it's his job but honestly with the past 3 cars I've bought the guys knew about as much as I do about cars. Todd answered every question we threw at him. My husband did a bit of hard negotiating and we drove off in a brand new Jeep (THAT I LOVE!!!!) They have a play room to keep the kids occupied and everyone was very nice. So long as the great customer service doesn't stop at buying the new car these guys have a customer and a fan for life.
