Great service! The tech (been a couple of weeks, I think his name is Tom??) was very courteous and helpful. He quoted me a very fair price on a problem that would cost as much as a new computer.\r

The problem was my screen had completely come off of my Dell XPS 17. It's a sweet computer, but like most of Dell's stuff, it's very poorly engineered. I won't be buying another Dell and with MS's new version of Windows, I'll probably jump to a Mac on my next purchase...I digress.\r

The computer screen was replaced and the whole thing is like new, for less than $200. Tom showed me pictures of the ""surgery"" and how intricate it was. He also gave me some tips on cleaning up the desktop to get it to boot quicker.
