Great service! The tech (been a couple of weeks, I think his name is Tom??) was very courteous and helpful. He quoted me a very fair price on a problem that would cost as much as a new computer.\r \r The problem was my screen had completely come off of my Dell XPS 17. It's a sweet computer, but like most of Dell's stuff, it's very poorly engineered. I won't be buying another Dell and with MS's new version of Windows, I'll probably jump to a Mac on my next purchase...I digress.\r \r The computer screen was replaced and the whole thing is like new, for less than $200. Tom showed me pictures of the ""surgery"" and how intricate it was. He also gave me some tips on cleaning up the desktop to get it to boot quicker. more

Efficient, thorough, friendly, patient, answered MANY extremely basic questions without laughing at me, drastically rounded DOWN the time he spent on my work (!!), proactively suggested other unrelated solutions and ideas without being asked, was flexible with his time, and provided excellent and fast communication throughout.
