I don't normally write reviews, but I was so pleased with the service I recieved yesterday. We have a house at Folly Beach, with renters in it, and the A/C unit went out. It is important that the people paying money to stay at our house have a good experience - and no A/C in July is not good! I called LimRic to ask for help in the early afternoon, and by 7:30, everything was back working again! No "we're too busy to get to you" or "you'll have to wait". Just prompt, courteous service. The service guy, Jason, called to let me know what his schedule was and when he'd be to the house. Great job!
